Andreas Herrmann opened mianki. Gallery in the fall of 2008. It was initially intended to be a producer’s gallery. But soon it developed into a kind of „creative space“ where unusual techniques and adaptations of different artists interact. At times, and depending on the individual artist’s kreative concept, the traditional notion of art is expanded: interior design as well as the design of light and fabrics are paid attention. In this way, the gallery arouses interest in audiences far beyond the traditional art aficionados.
