Comic
Comics are popular and no longer just a youth phenomenon; since the 1950s, they have also served as a vibrant source of inspiration for artists. Notably, Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol were pioneers in this regard, incorporating the visual language of comics into their paintings. This led to the dissolution of the previously strict divide between popular culture and established art. The images, which may initially appear naive and cheerful, can also critically examine aesthetic and societal phenomena, all with wit, humor, and irony.
