Dorothee Impelmann

The artist Dorothee Impelmann is a child of the Ruhr area. Since her first year of life, Duisburg has been her home.

Although she wanted to be an artist from a young age, she first completed a commercial vocational training before starting her studies at ibkk Bochum-Wattenscheid in 2003.

From 2007, she attended the master class with Andreas Christ and graduated with a diploma in 2009.

In addition, she continues to take regular courses with renowned artists and professors to this day.
