Burkhard Eikelmann Galerie

The Burkhard Eikelmann Gallery presents a unique showcase of modern and contemporary art in its beautiful location in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel. We are not a "White Cube," but rather embrace the special charm of our always colorful historic spaces. Founded by Burkhard Eikelmann in 1989 initially in Essen at Isenbergplatz, the gallery moved to Düsseldorf at the end of the 90s and has been showcasing American and English Pop Art from the very beginning.

In addition, international and German artists such as Alex Katz, Gottfried Helnwein, Mel Ramos, Joseph Beuys, among others, are exhibited, alternating with contemporary artists from the gallery, primarily from Berlin and New York. Burkhard Eikelmann regularly participates in the Düsseldorf Photo Weekend and has taken part in art fairs to date, including those in Basel, Berlin, Bologna, Düsseldorf, Hamptons (Long Island), Cologne, and most recently in Karlsruhe, among others.
