Für Franz

The exhibition "Für Franz" will take place from December 3, 2025, to January 24, 2026, at the Galerie Beck & Eggeling International Fine Art in Düsseldorf. This exhibition is dedicated to the estate of the gallerist Franz Swetec, who played a significant role in Düsseldorf's art scene until his passing in 2025. Swetec, born in 1935 in Yugoslavia, was the oldest active ZERO gallerist of the second generation and opened his first gallery in Düsseldorf in 1968.

The exhibition will showcase works by renowned artists, including Bernard Aubertin, Joseph Beuys, Heinz Mack, and Günther Uecker. The opening reception will take place on December 2, 2025, at 7 PM, with a speech by Prof. Dr. Dr. Thomas Olbricht.
