JÖRG DÖRING - NEVER GET ENOUGH

For the first time, we are presenting a larger selection of works by Jörg Döring at the Brisky Galerie. In the tradition of Pop Art, this exceptional artist has developed a distinctive visual language over three decades, bringing his personal canvas icons from the 60s and 70s into dialogue with comics and advertising messages.

In his compositions, he skillfully and consistently embraces complexity. He never stays on the surface of his imagery, impressively underscoring this with his elaborate techniques of printing, collage, painting, and surface refinements.

Jörg Döring lives and works in Düsseldorf. As a renowned representative of contemporary Pop Art, he is represented by numerous select galleries. His works have been exhibited at art fairs such as Art Karlsruhe, Red Dot Art Fair Miami, and Art Fair Cologne, and are part of numerous private collections.
