Marta Kawiorska

The Polish artist Marta Kawiorska received her diploma from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow in 2009.

During her travels, she seeks out interesting urban architectures. In selecting her subjects, she draws inspiration from unique contrasts of form and color, aiming to rhythmically structure her surroundings in geometric terms. The reduction to essentials and the focus on horizontal and vertical axes create a calm visual atmosphere, enhanced by a harmonious color palette. When painting, she concentrates on the visual aspects and the aura of each object.
