Katrin Keller
* 1974
Since 2006, Keller has been creating series of images that could be described as Neo-Concretist art. In her object-like works, she combines black and white with contemporary neon colors.
The use of intensely bright colors, which contrast with the non-colors and the strict geometric structure, repeatedly leads to highly sensual moments in perception.
Color overlays and reflections break through the rigidity and coolness of the image objects, transforming the geometry-driven painting into a multifaceted visual experience for the viewers' senses.
