Jacqueline Aleksandrova
Individual squares come together to form a vibrant composition, often linear and static, yet at times blurred and fluid. Jacqueline Aleksandrova is a master at working with harmonizing color fields. The various layers of oil paint are applied with a palette knife, creating a rugged relief that conveys a lively sense of movement, as if the power of the elements and emotions is speaking through her paintings.
