Anna Ladyshenski

Anna Ladyshenski was born in Moscow in 1988 and moved to Germany at the age of four. From an early age, art played a significant role in her life. She began painting at five, developed a passion for film art, and started ballet lessons at six, training for five years at the professional ballet school of John Neumeier at the Hamburg State Opera.

Despite her love for art and dance, she chose to pursue a career in business. In 2008, Anna began an international, English-speaking degree in social sciences (economics, psychology, sociology, politics) at Jacobs University Bremen, which she completed successfully in 2011. Immediately afterward, she started her career at Michael Page, a well-known international recruitment consultancy. Over the past seven years, Anna Ladyshenski has progressed from a junior consultant to an Executive Manager, thanks to her sales strength and management talent. She currently leads a team of 17 sales and recruiting staff in Hamburg and is a member of all leadership committees at Michael Page in Germany.

Alongside her full-time job, Anna has been pursuing her passion for painting again since 2017. Since 2018, she has regularly exhibited her artworks, debuting with the solo exhibition "Female Warriors" in March and April 2018. The exhibition was highlighted as a cultural tip by NDR and featured in the well-known event guide "Heute in Hamburg." Subsequent exhibitions included group shows such as "Beyond Art" and "Women in Art," both held at the Werkkunst Galerie Hamburg in Eppendorf. At the latter, Anna participated in a panel discussion on "Women in Art." Anna Ladyshenski's art strongly focuses on themes of women and feminism in all its forms, often within a historical context.

Since 2018, Anna has been expanding her repertoire by continuing to focus on painting women while also addressing additional themes alongside feminism, including historical periods (such as the Roaring Twenties or the current age of technology).
