Ware Kunst

On Saturday, May 28, and Sunday, May 29, from 11 AM to 6 PM, the Galerie Xact at Weiherstrasse 1, 40219 Düsseldorf, will host an art exhibition featuring the newly represented Galerie Meilenstein. The exhibition will showcase works by the Mönchengladbach-based artist Zdzislawa Worozanska-Sacher, Polish painter Marian Panic, and Austrian sculptor Bernhard Petz. On Saturday, Joachim L. Bähr will read erotic texts at the opening at 11 AM.

Through various media and techniques in painting, textile design, and sculpture, the three artists converge on a common theme to create an erotic exhibition.

Ms. Worozanska-Sacher presents an installation titled “Ware Tatsachen,” which critically and provocatively addresses a sensitive issue of our time: the origins of domestic violence, power dynamics in relationships and families, and dependency in sexuality and prostitution.

Marian Panic illustrates the presence of mythological figures and fantasy beings in today’s sexist advertising world through his paintings. Hidden within an overloaded visual language is a reflection of the whirlpool of today’s consumer society, with its insatiable offerings.

Bernhard Petz selects erotic stone sculptures from his broad artistic spectrum, marking the naturalness of sexuality with his explicit representations.

Where the pleasure of bliss remains, we just lay skin to skin, feeling only a touch, a blurred image that can no longer be grasped, the shadow of being, my self.

I once wanted to hold him forever, your lustful ecstasy as a tangible form!

Yet always in vain, the endless chase compels me towards you, seeking fleshly heat!
