Imperfections, provisionality and equanimity exist and unfurl their ludic beauty in Otto Völker’s small and large-scale oeuvre. No conditions are asked for to gain access, only the willingness and the patience to engage in polyphonic interactions: this game of difference where every gesture and every expression subverts preconceived notions and - surprises.
