HEADS HIGH!

The exhibition "HEADS HIGH!" will take place from April 23 to April 30, 2026, at Galerie Borssenanger in Chemnitz. This exhibition is dedicated to the memory of Matthias Müller, known by his artist name Kid Gringo, who lived from 1978 to 2025. Müller grew up in an artistic environment and developed a passion for drawing and painting at an early age. After studying book art and graphic design at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst in Leipzig, he worked as an illustrator, graphic designer, and DJ, leaving a significant mark on the German reggae and dancehall scene.

The exhibition features a diverse selection from his extensive body of work and has been organized in close collaboration with his family and friends. Visitors are invited to explore the pieces that bear Müller's distinctive signature. The closing event of the exhibition will take place on April 30, 2026, starting at 5 PM.
