Three Painters in Berlin

For the fourth time, Galerie Parterre presents an exhibition featuring three contemporary painting positions from the local and broader artistic community, highlighting the work of resident artists as well as the medium of painting itself.

The series "Three Painters in Berlin" allows the exhibiting artists to showcase their works in the context of their peers, while still presenting themselves almost as representatively as they would in a solo exhibition. The curatorial concept aims to create constellations that primarily establish a conceptual and formal connection between the positions, enabling the viewer to focus on the artwork "in itself," the respective painting culture, and language of forms.

All three painters share a restrained color palette, which each of them brings to life in their own unique way.
