AGATA MADEJSKA »TECHNOCOMPLEX«

The exhibition concept focuses on the geographical, political, and ideological space of the City of London, known as the Square Mile. Agata Madejska examines various architectures in public spaces through her work, which have the potential to subtly subvert and challenge their own corporate identity, as well as that of the surrounding financial and business world, in a cheeky manner. The artist's interest continues to lie in the relationship between image, sculpture, and space.

The title of the exhibition, Technocomplex, refers to the concept of archaeological culture: a collection of archaeological artifacts from a specific period and geographical area that share distinct connecting features or techniques.
