Olga Grigorjewa on her art:

The uncertain and the unfathomable lie at the heart of any interest. The visual concepts are abstract in nature but relate to our earthly existence. Abstraction, accompanied by a poetic breeze, helps to touch upon reality. A body lives through its interior, which manifests in gestures, excitements, and emotions. Emotions do not always represent a defined emotional state. They sometimes hover on the threshold between multiple excitements, embodying ambivalence: a pendulum swinging back and forth over the works, between beauty and discomfort, between childlike and serious, between warm and cold, between playful and minimalist, searching for a balance between the natural and the sensually artificial.

In the drawings and objects, individual gestures are preserved in their stillness. The videos and performances thrive on movement, much like a choreography.

Interest arises repeatedly when human existence is present, with its interpersonal relationships and psychological background, which becomes visible in a physical form. Once multiple elements appear in the space, they begin to interact with one another. They relate to each other. A part of one object holds another piece. Is it love? Or is it dependency?
