Wolf Gast: Automobile

Wolf Gast, born in 1965 in Waiblingen and an art enthusiast since childhood, created his first etching at the age of six. His passion lies with classic automobiles. The elegant, chrome-shining vehicles, which symbolize pioneering spirit, economic miracles, individuality, and a slice of carefree childhood memories, are the protagonists of his automotive artworks in silkscreen.

The motifs feature classic racing themes from the 1950s to the 1970s, as well as vintage and classic cars, with the source material coming from company archives. Wolf Gast interprets the retro cars in vibrant colors, tailored to the specific car models.
