Frei sein - Rocko Iremashvili

The Georgian artist Rocko Iremashvili explores the theme of "Being Free" in various ways – while he was trapped in an aquarium during the 2012 exhibition "Mixed Feelings," he is now presented in fragments or as a hostage. His interpretation of freedom is multifaceted, thought-provoking, and often infused with humor. Nothing is as it seems. Experiences are called into question. Beneath the surface, there is a simmering tension.
