From the slim chance of finding an affordable apartment in this neighborhood to the unlikely possibility of meeting a stranger at "Zum guten Happen." From colorful walls and ceilings to Zille's unwashed parents, from the feeling of comfort to a locked manhole cover. From the second friendliest supermarket branch in Germany to Frank Schöbel, who moved out of Rupprechtstraße with a handcart.

In the photo project "Juste Milieu," Sebastian Lechler explored the transformation of social structures and portrayed residents of Lichtenberg in their personal environments. Constanze Klar subsequently visited them, listened to their stories, and documented them. A photo book featuring these texts will accompany the exhibition.
