Five grains of sand, a branch, a tree – contemplating a fragment of nature fills me with joy and a sense of oneness with it. Yet, I am also in opposition to it. From the interplay of profound tranquility and electrifying tension, the series featuring tree motifs has been evolving for eleven years.
